We’re shocked! Justin was arrested in Canada after a crash between an ATV and minivan. Plus, this arrest may be a violation of his probation.

Justin Bieber is facing charges of dangerous driving and assault, following a crash between an ATV and a minivan on Aug. 29 in Perth County, Ontario. The 20-year-old singer was arrested following the shocking incident.

Justin Bieber Arrested For ATV Accident & Assault — Facing Multiple Charges

Justin was involved in a physical interaction with the driver of the minivan after they collided with each other, TMZ reports.

Justin was released later that day and he’ll have to appear in court later this month.
“On Friday August 29, 2014 shortly before 3 p.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision between a minivan and an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on Line 40 east of Road 106. Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation. Justin Bieber (20) of Calabasas, California U.S.A., has been charged with ‘dangerous driving’, and ‘assault,’ contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada,” a release from the Ontario Provincial Police, posted by E! News, states.
A source close to Justin tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the collision was with a paparazzo, who had been following him. Justin’s camp had no comment.
This is the second time that Justin has been arrested in Canada. He was booked on an assault charge after being accused of having a physical altercation with a limousine driver in Toronto in Jan. 2014. Overall, this is the third time Justin has been arrested.

And speaking of Justin’s long list of legal issues, he is currently on probation for two years after an egging incident in Los Angeles. There’s a chance that this arrest could trigger a violation.

Selena Gomez’s ATV Date With Justin Bieber

Justin was photographed riding an ATV with Selena Gomez in Stratford on Aug. 29 — the same day as the alleged crash and arrest. Stratford is located in Perth County, Ontario (the place of Justin’s arrest), so we’re a bit worried for Selena. If she was involved in the accident, we hope she’s okay!
HollywoodLife.com has also reached out to Selena’s reps for comment.
Justin and Selena were enjoying a romantic, relationship-affirming vacation the week before Labor Day. While in Canada, they were photographed horseback riding, cuddling and riding an ATV together.
We’re so upset to hear that such a loving vacation turned sour in the end.

SPACE ODDITY VIDEO

Space Oddity video by Astronaut Col. Chris Hadfield performing Major Tom to be taken down

If you're not among the millions who've been amazed by astronaut Col. Chris Hadfield's performance of "Major Tom," filmed aboard the Space Station, now's your chance. Because of a rights issue, they're taking it down TONIGHT.

One year ago today Chris Hadfield released his version of David Bowie’s classic ‘Space Oddity’ on board the International Space Station. He only had permission to have this video up for a year, so after today its GONE FOREVER! (Doubt it, once its on the internet, its there forever) But JUST IN CASE! If you haven't seen the video... here it is -Brittany

International Space Station Commander, Chris Hadfield, performs a revised version of David Bowies Space Oddity. Seen in this video is the Larrivée Parlor guitar that has found it's home on the ISS for the last decade. Chris has used this Parlor, the first acoustic guitar in space, to write and record the first complete set of recordings and music video in space. Here at Larrivée we refer to Chris as "The Space Cowboy".

With thanks to Emm Gryner, Joe Corcoran, Andrew Tidby and Evan Hadfield for all their hard work.

Director Malik Bendjelloul, whose 2012 documentary “Searching for Sugar Man” won the best documentary Oscar, has been found dead.
He was 36.

Police spokeswoman Pia Glenvik told the Associated Press that Bendjelloul died in Stockholm late Tuesday, but wouldn’t specify the cause of death.

“Searching for Sugar Man,” about the life and career of American singer Sixto Rodriguez, won 2013 docu Oscar as well as awards from Bafta, the IDA, the PGA and the DGA.

Born in Sweden, Bendjelloul appeared on TV as a child and then studied journalism and media production. He produced music documentaries for Swedish television and worked as a TV reporter before leaving to travel in Africa and South America.

He filmed the story partly on an iPhone, and the film was accepted as opening night film at Sundance before it was even finished.

“I was backpacking around Africa and South America looking for stories with a camera. I found six stories and this was one of the six. I thought it was the best story I’d ever heard,” he told the Independent newspaper in 2012.
