MRS DOUBTFIRE 2 IS IN PRODUCTION - STARRING ROBIN WILLIAMS

Mrs. Doubtfire 2 is happening - twenty-one years after the original!

*Adopts Scottish accent” Hellooooooo!
It seems Mrs. Doubtfire is joining Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Twins and Jurassic Park in a long list of films to get a belated revamp.

Robin Williams is set to step into the slippers once again to star in Mrs. Doubtfire 2 twenty-one years after the original hit movie screens back in 1993.

The film’s original director Chris Columbus - no, not the one that helped discover America - is returning. AND they’ve snagged the writer of Will Ferrell’s Christmas classic, Elf - David Berenbaun - to write the film.

Apparently the idea of a sequel almost came together ten years ago, but this is the first time Robin Williams and the director have taken to the idea.
To keep you going in the meantime, here’s an excellent horror remix of the orignal Mrs. Doubtfire's trailer:

Paul Walker’s brothers, Caleb and Cody Walker have signed up to complete filming of Fast & Furious 7.

Paul walker died in a tragic car crash in November last year, while on a break from filming the blockbuster franchise.

Last night a post was made on the film’s official Facebook page, which said:
"The Fast & Furious saga is about family. Our family experienced an unthinkable shock in November. We had to take time to grieve Paul, the brother we love and lost, and to figure out if we should move on with our film.

"We came together and all felt the only choice was to continue. We believe our fans want that, and we believe Paul would want that too. Paul had already shot his dramatic scenes and most of his action for 'Fast & Furious 7,' and it's among the strongest work of his career.
"We have resumed shooting and now welcome Paul's brothers, Caleb and Cody, into our Fast family. Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too."

Cody Walker shared the announcement on his own Facebook page and added: “I can now officially confirm what so many have already assumed. FF7- let's make it great and make my bro proud.”
Paul’s brother, Cody Walker is almost identical and has previously worked as a stuntman. A source in December said:

"They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance and if it's a shot they need Paul's face in close up they can CGI it later on. If Cody agrees it's because he wants to honour his brother's memory."
Paul Walker received a special tribute during Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards and was commemorated with the Best On-Screen Duo award, along with Vin Diesel for their turn in Fast & Furious 6.

Fast & Furious 7 is scheduled to be released on April 10, 2015.
