Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has reportedly committed suicide at age 41, according to TMZ. TMZ reports Bennington hung himself at a Palos Verdes Estates residence in L.A. County. Billboard has reached out to reps for the band and authorities for confirmation. 

Bennington struggled with drug and alcohol addictions at various times during his life. He was married and is survived by six children. 

The band's most recent album, One More Light, topped the Billboard 200 earlier this year.

According to RadarOnline, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith are under investigation by the child protection services over a picture of their 13-year-old daughter Willow Smith lying on a bed with her friend, Moises Arias, 20.
The black and white photo, which appeared on social media two weeks ago and has now been taken down, shows former Hannah Montana star Moises slouched on a bed shirtless, while Willow lies clothed in front of him.
Now it’s been reported that the Los Angeles Department of Children And Family Services has launched a probe.
RadarOnline claims the investigation was launched last week and that Will, 45, and 42-year-old Jada have been 'extremely cooperative’.

A source told the website: “Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well.  
“This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution.”
Will and Jada have not made any comment about an investigation. But when asked about the photo, Jada lashed out as she arrived at Los Angeles Internation Airport on 7 May.
Speaking in a video on TMZ she said: “Here's the deal. There was nothing sexual about that picture of that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it … and your acting like covert paedophiles and that's not cool.”

On the same day Willow's brother Jaden Smith, 15, made a show of solidarity to his sister when he was spotted out and about with Moises.

LAPD Investigating Justin Bieber for Attempted Robbery

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating Justin Bieber in connection with an alleged attempted robbery, law enforcement officials confirm.
The alleged incident took place in the San Fernando Valley, according to LAPD officer Rosario Herrera.

Bieber, who had not been arrested, is accused of robbery by an unnamed victim.

According to TMZ, Bieber reportedly reached into a woman’s phone and took her phone after she began snapping pictures of the pop star at an L.A. batting cage. He allegedly refused to give it back.
Detectives were interviewing the unknown victim about the case Tuesday evening to see if a crime had occurred.

BREAKING NEWS: Solange attacked JAY Z in an elevator!

TMZ has just posted a shocking new video of Solange hitting Jay Z in an elevator at the Standard Hotel after the Met Gala last week, while Beyoncé looked on.
No word on what caused Solange to lash out at Jay.

Jay Z was ferociously assaulted by Beyonce's sister Solange  ... who was wildly kicking and swinging at him inside an elevator ... and the attack was captured on surveillance video ... obtained by TMZ.

According to our sources, it all went down at a Met Gala after party last week at the Standard Hotel in NYC.  In the video ... Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange step into the elevator ... and then Solange goes crazy, screaming at Jay before unleashing a violent attack.

A large man -- who appears to be a bodyguard -- attempts to hold Solange back, but she manages to connect at least 3 times.  At one point Solange throws a kick and Jay grabs her foot, but never attempts to strike her.  Beyonce stands by without getting physically involved.

It's unclear what triggered the fight.

And this is interesting.  When you look closely, you see the bodyguard hit the emergency stop switch on the 12th floor -- mid fight -- presumably to keep the fight private.

All three walked out of the building together -- Solange looks pissed -- but while Bey and Solange get in one car ... security walks Jay to a different one.
